Tomio Inomata is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of HR operations and technology experience that includes a focus on leadership, operations, and process across both functional and technical areas. He specializes in HR transformation and technology and leverages this experience to help clients streamline operations, implement solutions and improve E2E processes while enhancing the employee experience. Tomio’s recent focus has been helping global companies implement and extend Workday and optimize other HR technologies. He holds a BS in Applied Math/Operations Research and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
