Susan Richards Founder & Managing Partner
Susan Richards is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sapient Insights Group. For more than 25 years, Susan has been consulting in areas of change management, organizational effectiveness, M&A, HR strategy, technology, and operations. Her focus is on helping clients improve business performance by aligning their human capital programs and practices with business strategy. Susan has consulted with global organizations across multiple industries, including health care, manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, professional services, consumer products, and public sector.
Susan’s core expertise includes: Change Management (PROSCI Certified); HR Strategy and Implementation (SPHR); HR Technology Strategy, Selection, and Implementation; and Engagement Management (PMP). She founded SteelBridge Solutions (now Sapient Insights Group) and previously worked as a change management and HR effectiveness consultant at Mercer, Buck Consultants, Deloitte, and IBM. Susan earned an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA from Maryville College.
