Mary Ellen Clagett Leadership Catalyst
Mary Ellen Clagett is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of LAITHOS –The Leadership Impact Company™ and is pleased to be partnered with Sapient Insights Group. As a Leadership Catalyst and Executive Coach, she believes that a fully engaged and aligned team has the power to do the impossible.
She draws from her extensive federal experience as a senior functional and technical leader. Her diverse operational, technical, foreign affairs and policy acumen across organizations and agencies called on critical change management skills and all facets of leadership.
Mary Ellen is an Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) Practitioner and has earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a Conversational Intelligence® Practitioner. Lessons learned in her career were forged through fire and culminated in the highest-level career medaled award: Secretary of Defense’s Exceptional Civilian Service Medal.
Mary Ellen earned an MA for National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and BAs in Political Science and Spanish from Tufts University.
