He has worked with organizations across all industries and sizes both leading and supporting implementation teams. Joe frequently presents at conferences and has published papers on the topics of HRMS, payroll, recruiting, custom systems, learning management systems, and SaaS platforms. Joe has received certifications in compensation and HR. He is also retired from military service having served in various command and staff functions including logistics, finance, FEMA liaison, communications, and Inspector General.
