I love giving feedback, whether positive, negative, or indifferent. If you want to hear my thoughts, I am ready to provide a detailed, constructive response, including ideas for improvement. In fact, I love answering surveys so much; I am that person who goes to the end of receipts and takes the time for feedback. (Yet, I have never won the gift card for the shopping spree or the autographed merchandise from my favorite sports team). Without feedback, how can an organization know they are doing well or need improvement?

Recently, as Walt Disney World in Orlando opens more dining experiences, fans found out that the popular restaurant, Ohana, would not be serving *the* iconic yakisoba noodles. Feedback soon flooded the Walt Disney World customer service channels to reinstate the menu item, and it was quickly announced that the noodles would be making their triumphant return!
