Tom Sroka is a consultant with Sapient Insights Group. Prior to joining Sapient, Tom spent 16 years at Freddie Mac as a Talent Management leader in Human Resources. Tom brings more than 20 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and Talent Management Leader. He has built talent and performance ecosystems to improve company and individual performance, shape winning organizational cultures, and increase employee engagement. Tom has a Bachelors in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Towson State University. Tom is married, has two kids: 17 and 15, and lives in Leesburg, VA.
