Tee Thorsen is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of LAITHOS –The Leadership Impact Company™ and is pleased to be partnered with Sapient Insights Group. As a Leadership Catalyst and Executive Coach, Tee believes that brilliant leadership is rooted in a leader’s understanding that how they lead is as important as what they lead.
She draws from her extensive B-to-B executive experience, having successfully led through a myriad of first-of-a-kind/one-of-a-kind organizational challenges. Her expertise is in the areas of culture change, leadership impact and growth, team collaboration and process improvement.
Tee is an Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) Practitioner and has earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – a level of coaching held by only 35% of ICF coaches. She is also a PROSCI-certified Change Management Practitioner.
She earned her Masters in Business from Webster University and her Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Virginia.
