As Principal Analyst of Talent Management for the Sapient Insights Group, Sheryl shares a unique perspective, gained through holding senior-level in-house roles related to learning and talent management, working as a consultant to support corporations from the outside, and working from the vendor side to provide solutions and services to companies.
In addition to working in a variety of business roles, she has worked across North America and with global clients, spanning multiple industries including: banking, insurance, professional services, pharma, retail, automotive, restaurant and food services, wireless/telecom and the public sector and not-for-profit. Passionate about how companies leverage talent for peak productivity, while creating a rewarding worker experience, Sheryl is known for infecting others with a curiosity for the potential, and aligning strategy, technology or operating processes toward a new vision of work.
