James Williams Jr. serves as the company’s fractional Chief Financial Officer. He has over two decades of experience in accounting and finance. He started his career in accounting at one of the industry’s prominent big 4 accounting firms. He has since worked as a financial professional in large global organizations, small businesses and across multiple industries. His experience has allowed him to gain deep and unique insights into various business models. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), one of the highest designations in the finance profession. James is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations scale and operate more efficiently. As a CFO his focus is on optimizing cash flow, forecasting into the future and ultimately strategically growing the value of the business. He has a BS in accounting from San Francisco State University and a Masters Degree from North Park University.
