Her expertise includes developing workforce planning processes, creating strategic recruiting plans for early career through executive levels, recruitment marketing, behavioral based interview training, as well as filling (and coaching others to fill) thousands of roles. A.J. is a sought-after guest lecturer on various college campuses, has been a featured national conference speaker & is a former Toastmaster’s Chapter President. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Redlands & participated in the Washington Semester in D.C. where she interned at the Smithsonian Institution’s National History Museum.
