Core HR systems are at the heart of an organization’s HR system environment and consistently represent, on average, at least half of the overall HR technology spend per employee each year. Over 94% of organizations with 100 or more employees have purchased at least one of these applications to help manage their workforce needs, a percentage that has only been steadily increasing.
